Welcome to InnerSol Travel! We’re excited to have you join our exclusive trips and are committed to providing you with a memorable experience. To ensure clarity, please read our Terms and Conditions carefully, as they outline your responsibilities and our commitments. They provide essential guidelines for booking, canceling, and participating in our trips. For any questions, contact us at help@innersoltravel.com.

By booking a trip with us, you accept and agree to these terms.

General Agreement

This agreement is the only binding arrangement between you and InnerSol Travel regarding your trip. It supersedes all previous communications, representations, or agreements, oral or written. These Terms and Conditions apply to all trips organized by InnerSol Travel and sold on this website.

Trip Confirmation and Payment

Minimum Requirements and Confirmation:

To allow for a more personable, intimate experience, each trip requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. Once the minimum is met, your trip will be confirmed, no later than 65 days before departure.

If we cancel a trip before this date, a full refund will be issued, excluding any bank charges. If the trip is rescheduled, you may choose to apply any payments you’ve made toward securing a spot on the new trip dates.

Payment Schedule:

Our payment structure includes an initial deposit to reserve your spot, followed by a final balance due within 65 days of departure.

Payments made towards one trip are transferable to another trip with an Administrative fee of $100.

Prices cover specified services outlined in the package itinerary. This does not include airfare, airline fees, airport or departure taxes, transfers, visas, gratuities for service providers, or incidental charges.

Timely payment is crucial for the smooth execution of trips and for our local partners to be able to guarantee accommodation and activities. If payment deadlines are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund, no exceptions.

Flight Arrangements:

We advise you to avoid booking flights until your trip is confirmed. InnerSol Travel is not liable for any non-refundable travel expenses incurred if a trip is canceled due to insufficient enrollment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy.

No one books a trip with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. Our cancellation policy seeks to balance our commitment to local partners and the needs of our guests. Please review it carefully.

Cancellation Period: To be specified generally and with its exceptions

Deposit: Your deposit is refundable if the trip is canceled within the specified cancellation period or if the trip is canceled due to low enrollment, minus bank fees.

Refund Eligibility: Once the cancellation period closes, refunds are not available, and we cannot make exceptions for weather, illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory to cover personal cancellations or emergencies.

Transfer of Reservation: Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person, provided we receive written notice at least 30 days prior to departure. Payments you have made will transfer to the new participant, who will assume responsibility for pending balances. You will be responsible for recovering any payments already made directly from the new participant. An Administrative Fee applies.

No-shows and Early Departures: Refunds or credits are not available for missed portions of the trip due to late arrivals, early departures, or other circumstances.

Administrative Fee: A $100.00 administrative fee applies to all refunds, reservation transfers, and changes of trip dates.

Travel Insurance Requirements

The unexpected can occur and getting sick in a foreign country is a very daunting experience; to protect yourself and ensure a safe experience, comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and international evacuation is mandatory. Proof of insurance must be submitted at least 30 days before departure. Failing to provide this documentation will result in cancellation without refund.

Travel Documents and Visa Requirements

You are responsible for securing all required travel documents, including visas. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to obtain necessary travel documents.

Accommodations and Room Arrangements

Our accommodations are based on double occupancy. We strive to provide comfortable lodging options and flexibility for all travelers.

Room Pairing: We pair solo travelers with others of the same gender, unless a single supplement for a private room is requested.

Shared Room Arrangements: If you are traveling with a companion, please inform us so that we may arrange shared accommodations.

Room Modifications: Guests can request additional guests per room at booking (subject to rates and availability). Should you require a room change during the trip, let your host or tour leader know. Note that additional costs may apply.

Personal Belongings: You are responsible for the safety of your belongings within a shared room.

Health, Fitness, and Special Requirements

Physical Fitness Requirements:

Certain destinations may involve physical activities requiring moderate fitness levels and we will suggest some level of physical fitness for better enjoyment of the trip. It is crucial to assess your own health and ability to safely participate in trip activities.

Special Requirements:

If you have dietary, mobility, or other medical needs, notify us before booking. We will discuss available options with you before reserving your spot and provide the most accurate information to help you make an informed decision. While we will make every effort to accommodate, some requirements may not be possible to meet due to itinerary limitations or the destination’s infrastructure.

By booking a trip, you affirm that you have no physical or mental condition that would jeopardize your safety or that of others on the trip. In some cases, we may request a statement from you attesting to your ability to participate in all planned activities.
